The Heart of Centerville Washington Twp. (HOCWT) is now accepting additional vendors for the city of Centerville's Fall Fest event on Sept. 30, 2023, at Stubbs Park in Centerville.
Fall Fest is the city's largest one-day event, and has been moved to a new Saturday date in order to accommodate more people in addition to expanded hours with an Oktoberfest Beer Garden and concert series. About 10,000 people attended Fall Fest last year. Fall Fest will be Saturday, Sept. 30 from 12-5pm, with an expanded concert and beer garden near the amphitheater from 5-9pm. Vendors are needed for the HOCWT vendor village from 12-5pm, with setup occurring between 8am-11am.
Members Are Always Accepted As Vendors:
As part of HOCWT's annual membership fees, you will automatically be accepted to participate in Fall Fest at no additional cost (as long as you follow HOCWT guidelines). Our members vary and include online businesses, merchants, service businesses, crafters, non-profit agencies, and those who have customers within the area. Annual dues are pro-rated depending on the time of year you join. To become a member, all you need is your name, contact information, a brief description of your business, and a copy of your logo and a photo of yourself to upload to the site. Non-Member Application Process: Non-members can also apply to participate in our events by filling out our online application. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis and categories are limited. Once accepted, invoices will be sent for non-members via email from HOCWT's PayPal account, and fees are due within 7 days of the invoice being received to reserve your spot. All booth fees are non-refundable. Fall Fest is rain or shine. No food truck applications will be accepted as HOCWT is not handling food trucks. Please note it may take up to 4 weeks for applications to be reviewed and notification to be sent to accepted vendors. Those not accepted but who meet the event requirements will be placed on a waitlist, and may be notified up to 2 weeks prior to the event of any openings.
Guests of all ages are invited to join us at the annual Fall Festival at Centerville's Stubbs Park! This event is sponsored by the city of Centerville and HOCWT and will feature free pumpkin decorating for kids, a petting zoo, interactive inflatables, food trucks, a large vendor village, face painting, musical performances, and more.
