Now Accepting Vendors for 2023 events at Stubbs Park

Updated: Mar 30, 2023

UPDATE: APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED AT THIS TIME AS WE ARE FULL FOR THESE EVENTS. STAY TUNED FOR MORE OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTCIPATE. WE WILL ACCEPT A SELECT NUMBER OF ADDITIONAL VENDORS FOR FALL FEST. LOOK FOR A POST REGARDING THE APPLICATION IN APRIL.

The Heart of Centerville Washington Twp. (HOCWT) is now accepting a limited number of vendors to participate in the remainder of its 2023 events, including 3 Party in the Park events, Fall Fest, and Hometown Holiday Walk. All of these events are in Centerville, OH.

The small business association will hold Party in the Park on Friday, June 9; Friday, July 14; and Friday, Aug. 11. These events feature a live band, sponsored by the city of Centerville, and includes food trucks, beer & wine sales, and children's activities to make it a night that is fun for the whole family. Several thousand people will flock to Stubbs Park for the festivities, and while there is much more to do than just shopping, it is a great way to promote your business and make some sales. Only 35 vendors are accepted for Party in the Park, and only a few spots remain. Booth fees are $25 for a 10x10 space for non-HOCWT members.

Fall Fest is the city's largest celebration of the year, with 2022 crowds bringing in more than 10,000 people to Stubbs Park. Centerville sponsors live music, hay rides, a bouncy house, face painting, and much more. HOCWT will manage the vendor village, with about 100 vendors offering handcrafted goods, vintage pieces, clothing, and more. This year will include an Oktoberfest beer garden and concerts starting at 5pm at the conclusion of family events. Booth fees are $100 for a 10x10 space for non-HOCWT members.

Hometown Holiday Walk is Uptown Centerville's premiere shopping event to kick-off the holiday shopping season. It is done in conjunction with many other festive activities in Uptown, including carriage rides, visits with Santa, ornament decorating, and more. This event location is still to be determined. The HOCWT will accept a total of 35 vendors for this event, and available spots are limited. The cost is $25 for a 10x10 booth space for non-HOCWT members.

Vendors may apply to one or all events, or a combination of them, through the application link. Apply for these events here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSetZrM80MQWBX_E1VYrIZKoTViL9dqX2cV_foYnzzs8isifeQ/viewform?usp=sf_link

The application will close and the link will no longer work when all available vendor spots are filled, and a waitlist has been created. Vendors should expect notifications for these events no later than March 31, 2023.

We are not accepting food truck vendors for these events. To apply to be on the food truck waitlist, contact Augustina DeLeon at dayton@friospops.com.

The easiest way to be a vendor at HOCWT events is to become a member! The $200 annual membership cost includes priority acceptance to more than 7 HOCWT vendor events for those who apply, plus networking and education opportunities, in addition to member celebrations. Applying to become a member is easy-- fill out the form at www.hocwt.org/join.

More info:

Each HOCWT events includes 100 free tote bags for early shoppers, plus live music. Enjoy local beer and wine from Bock Family Brewing, Loose Ends and Heavier Than Air-- three local breweries-- as well as food, desserts, and everything in-between from food truck vendors. In total, HOCWT events brought 23,000 people to Stubbs Park in 2022! Let's make this year even better.

If you're interested in participating in future events with the Heart of Centerville Washington Twp., please send us a message or join HOCWT at www.hocwt.org.

The HOCWT is no longer accepting vendors for Centerville Merchant Market on May 21 at Stubbs Park.
