Want to be a vendor at one of our upcoming events? The Heart of Centerville Washington Twp. (HOCWT) hosts several events during the year where businesses and merchants can market and make sales. The easiest way to participate is by becoming a HOCWT member!
You don't have to be a physical brick-and-mortar store, or be located in Centerville or Washington Twp. to join! Our members vary and include online businesses, merchants, service businesses, crafters, non-profit agencies, and those who have customers within the area. We are a connection to the thousands of residents who work and reside within the Centerville area! Annual dues of $200 allow you to apply for all HOCWT events for free, and you get information about these events before applications are open to the general public. If you're joining after March, dues are prorated. Fees are reduced for service-based and non-profit agencies-- be sure to indicate your status when applying. It's easy to join! All you need is your name, contact information, a brief description of your business, and a copy of your logo and a photo of yourself to upload to the site. We use the photos to promote your business. Not only will you be able to participate in events for free as a HOCWT member, but you also get opportunities to network with other businesses, get sales and contact leads, participate in educational sessions, and are invited to fun social events. Non-members can also apply to participate in our events by filling out our online application and submitting a booth fee. We do limit categories for events, and the majority of our events are outside, rain or shine. Once accepted, invoices will be sent for non-members via email from HOCWT's PayPal account, and fees are due within 7 days of the invoice being received to reserve your spot. All booth fees are non-refundable. However, if you do decide to join HOCWT after submitting a booth fee, the fee will be subtracted from your member dues.
We are currently accepting applications for the following events. Follow the links to apply. These are Google forms, and you will be required to have a Google account to complete the form. You can use a non-Gmail account for applying. Do not submit an application unless you have the dates readily available and can participate in the event. Failure to follow HOCWT's terms and conditions will result in denial of your application and restriction from participating in any future events. The HOCWT partners with other organizations, including the city of Centerville, to complete and market these events.
A member of the HOCWT will contact you via email after receiving your application, so make sure you use an email account that you actively check. Contact and invoicing for these events will begin in June 2022.
