Heart of Centerville Washington Twp. (HOCWT) members have the opportunity to apply to be featured in our Business Expo as part of our upcoming educational seminar: "Creating Your Marketing & Social Media Strategy." This event is being held Monday, September 18, 2023, at St. Leonard's Station House , 8200 Provincial Way, Centerville, OH 45458.
We are seeking HOCWT member businesses to showcase how their services can help our members with marketing, advertising, website services, and social media. The Business Expo will be held in the same room as our Friday morning coffee at The Station House. The cost to showcase your business is $10, and you must provide your own tablecloth and include a handout about your business. Space is limited for the expo!
Members will be encouraged to visit the expo and interact with your business from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. when our featured speaker will take the stage. Attendees will again be directed to the expo during our break before round table discussions. Those businesses featured in the expo will be promoted on HOCWT social media channels prior to the event.
The event schedule is as follows:
· 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Member Business Expo/Networking Hour
· 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. Featured Speaker
· 6:45 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Break
· 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Small Round Table Presentations
The event committee will review applications for the expo and select ten businesses for the expo. You will receive a separate invoice if you are selected to participate in the business expo. The business expo will be held from 5:00 pm-6:00 pm.
