June Party in the Park

The Heart of Centerville Washington Township (HOCWT) will host its first Party in the Park event of the summer on Friday, June 14, beginning at 5:30 p.m. on the lawn at St. Leonard in Centerville. The event will feature a free rock concert with Simply Queen in addition to some of the best food trucks in the area, local shopping, children's activities, and more.

In addition to shopping from more than 50 vendors, shops, and local small businesses offering a distinctive array of goods for purchase, attendees can eat from the event's numerous food trucks. Kids can enjoy free bubble activities by Liftoff Entertainment and lawn games by the Centerville-Washington Park District in a designated kids area. There will also be sponsored Men’s Daycare by Beckel’s Humidor featuring lawn furniture and games, in addition to a party tent for participants to enjoy some shade during the event. You are encouraged to to bring your own lawn chair to enjoy music by Queen tribute band Simply Queen.

The first 300 attendees will receive a free canvas shopping band to tote home all of their finds from local vendors.

Party in the Park will also provide beer, wine, and liquor sales from local Heavier Than Air, Loose Ends, Lock 27, and Bock Family breweries.

Festivities start at 5:30pm, with Simply Queen going on stage at 7pm. The event will conclude at 9:30pm.
